Al-Khataya

Al-Khataya — the Great Sin. The magic of the land itself was scarred by this great calamity. Storms known as the Great Equalizers rampage the countryside, occurring either randomly or where large groups of people reside for a long time. They are daemonic in nature.

Survivors of the Great Equalizers are permanently scarred, with a voice in their heads. Eventually they may succumb, becoming demons and slaying out.
