Mind Shielding. While wearing this ring, you are immune to magic that allows other creatures to read your thoughts, determine whether you are lying, know your alignment, or know your creature type. Creatures can telepathically communicate with you only if you allow it.

Suleiman’s Machination. Contained within this ring is the soul of a member of al-Maksur. They have an Intelligence of 12, a Wisdom of 17, and a Charisma of 15. They share whatever senses you have. They can speak, read, and understand Zahraiyan.

While attuned to the ring, the soul can speak and understand all the languages you know and can telepathically communicate with you. A wearer can’t prevent this communication.
